I know I'm a difficult patient; I worry a lot about my eye health, I struggle to answer the "Which is better, 1 or 2?" questions, and I have a lot of questions of my own. Dr. Velting always puts my mind at ease, works patiently to get my prescription just right, and answers my questions in a way I can understand.

Dr. Velting is the best! He takes time to answer all my questions and is very thorough and knowledgeable. And April makes you feel like you are most important person who has walked through the door. All the technicians are excellent as well.

Amazing staff and glasses options. Bri and Hal were very helpful with telling me what was going to happen through the appointment! Dr. Goodale was very informative and helped me with my new eye prescription and made me feel at ease with some concerns I had.

Loved the 1 on 1 feel and not the crazy hectic feeling of being pushed out the door as one gets in a huge optical building. Everyone was very kind, dr Goodale made sure my daughter felt comfortable and explained everything to her. Angela was also very kind and supportive with her knowledge of glasses. Everyone was very welcoming 10/10

Five Stars: I highly recommend Dr. Velting, his team of technicians and staff! Dr. Velting personally took the time to answer all my questions regarding the health of my eyes, and gave me a very accurate prescription for my contact lenses.

Dr Velting is the best doctor. He is patient and is so intentional in making sure you understand everything and have no questions. He is kind and gentle and his staff is always friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience. The whole staff was super friendly and affable. Hal was awesome, and the Dr. and receptionist were so helpful. I love my new glasses and will for sure be back!!! 🥰
